Shipping and Delivery Policy (as of April 1, 2023)

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing my purses. This policy will apply to any order you place with me.

Free Shipping on US orders only using FedEx.

I do not offer international shipping at this time. If FedEx does not deliver to your address, please contact me.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday after 11am PST will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification with tracking information where you can check for updates on your shipment.

Return Policy

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of my purses, I do not accept returns.

Please examine the photos of the item closely to see any intrinsic flaws and imperfections in these upcycled art pieces. The substrate that I decorate is a box manufactured by another entity outside of my control.
