Ohhh, the pre-Pandemic "World Market" handmade gift wrap. How I miss you! Here is a beautiful paper surface that combines three very complimentary colors. In fact the colors are really the stars of this purse. The bands of ornate gold and white spanning top to bottom on both front and back are vintage French wallpaper border, embellished with AB rhinestones. Both the border and the paper are no more, from a by-gone era.
 
The latch is an ornate snap-style closure adorned with a green stone the color of malachite. The hinge is a matching gold color. The relief handle is handmade by me and is painted to look like a rubbed bronze. This purse sits on four purple matte glass purse feet. The passementerie key tassel was one I had for several years, just waiting to finally be secured to this purse.
 
Inside, the lid is a riot of vintage distressed roses, pink glitter stripes and ric-rac details in the corners. The beveled mirror is 2" diameter. So lovely, and with truly uncommon color combos!
